Meet Our Founder, Leah!
Hi friends! I’m Leah! I’m a girl living her best life in Texas! Over the course of the last several years, I have found a way to find joy, empowerment, and purpose in life’s transitional periods! Whether that be moving a few different times, being single for periods or starting over after traumatic events, I have learned how to be content with the temporary and find the gold in the transitions. I am on a mission to help other women find peace and empowerment as well. I decided to create In Charge In Change so that I could teach other women in a matter of weeks what took me years to learn. I am also an avid wine enthusiast and love horses, sports (especially football) and all things country! I love spending time with my friends and family, and I am always up for adventure. I am excited to you here! I am looking forward to walking you through this journey as you discover the empowered, fierce, beautiful woman within!

Whether you are between jobs, homes, relationships or life stages, we are here to help you find the gold in the transitions and beauty in the temporary. We are currently offering our From Home to Heart program, which helps women curate their homes to achieve their goals in this phase of life. But stay tuned for more exciting programs to come!
